With this piece, I played with layering different textures - a little metallic a little rust effect. Along with visual textures, the saltwash adds a tactile feel. Shades of black and brown, salt wash, iron oxide reactive paint with gold and purple accents on white and cream background. Acrylic, crackle glaze on canvas. Measures 24”w x 24”h x 1.5”d.
